British heavy metal band Iron Maiden formed in 1976. They released their self-titled debut album in 1980 which earned them a dedicated fan base. After singer Paul Di'Anno left the band, vocalist Bruce Dickinson joined and over the next ten years released numerous albums which received much acclaim in Britain as well as in the US. They introduced synthesizers into their sound and releases “Seventh Son of a Seventh Son” in 1988 and with massive hits such as ""Aces High”, ""2 Minutes to Midnight”, “Number of the Beast” and ""Can I Play with Madness” they secured their position as one of the most popular heavy metal groups of their era. In 1995 they released “The X Factor”.
