GoodTime Entertainments reserves the right to provide upgrades on all festival tickets orders at no extra charge to the customer. GoodTime Entertainments, ticket deliveries are guaranteed no later than noon on the day of the event unless stated otherwise, however every effort will be made to deliver your festival tickets as early as possible. All festival tickets will be delivered if in UK by hand or by Special Delivery if outside the UK tickets will be delivered by Federal Express overnight unless stated otherwise.
